Description

Whether in a museum, a shop or a restaurant - almost identical basic requirements apply to the lighting of commercial areas: professional lighting quality for the natural illumination of rooms, objects and people, high flexibility in application and maximum cost efficiency in permanent use. With the G-series tracklights, Cameo offers lighting and room planners, designers and installation service providers versatile tracklights for use in standard track systems. The discreet and versatile LED luminaires come in four different versions: Neutral White, Tungsten, Tunable White & Full-Colour.

The G4 TW Tracklight is equipped with a 40 Watt Tunable White COB LED that produces a luminous flux of 560 lumens. The colour temperature of the G4 TW can be variably adjusted in the range from 2,700 K to 6,500 K. Magnetic filters allow the 5° beam angle to be flexibly adjusted without the use of tools. Numerous optional interchangeable lenses for narrower and wider beam angles as well as CTO, CTB and honeycomb filters are available. In addition, the G4 TW allows variable adjustment of the PWM frequency up to 25 kHz for flicker-free operation.

The Cameo G-Series Tracklightsare designed for use on standard track systems and allow power to be transferred via the track adapter depending on the manufacturer's system used. In this way, the luminaires can be flexibly adapted to changing room designs - from temporary exhibitions in a museum hall to changing store concepts in the retail sector to variable table configurations in gastronomy.

The FC & TW models of the Cameo G-series also feature integrated protocols such as DMX512, W-DMX for wireless control and RDM for convenient configuration and monitoring of the tracklights. Thanks to passive convection cooling, the G4 TW operates almost silently and is also suitable for particularly noise-sensitive environments.

All Cameo G-Series tracklights are available in black and white housing colour.

COB LED technology

The current “chip-on-board” multi-LEDs allow dense, large-area light sources to be created that are characterised by their high luminosity and wide range of even colours. Cold white According to the colour temperature scale in Kelvin (K), “cold white” is a very bright, clear light in the colour temperature range between 5,000 and 10,000 K; it is slightly artificial in character and goes well with rich primary colours.

DMX512

Communication standard DMX512 was developed specially for lighting systems in 1986. Up to 32 DMX devices can be daisy-chained and controlled via a control source (e.g. a light mixer).

Environment-friendly

The high energy efficiency, the long service life of the LED lamps and the low level of heat dissipation make this device particularly environment-friendly.

LED technology

LEDs are ideal for use in lighting systems: They are bright and have a low level of heat dissipation, a long operating life and low energy consumption. Moreover, LED systems often weigh less than conventional lighting systems.

Master & slave

Master/slave operation allows identical DMX devices to be controlled by a DMX device of the same model and software standard. All the devices are connected by DMX cables in series. The master device is then set to run in standalone mode and the slave devices are set to run in slave mode.

Standalone mode

In standalone mode, the device functions are controlled via integrated programmes, so no light mixer or “master” controller is required.

Strobe

Strobes emit fast flash sequences, which makes movements appear “frozen” and creates a kind of slow-motion effect.

RDM

This device has full RDM capability. The RDM protocol supplements the DMX protocol and enables bidirectional communication via a standard DMX network. It simplifies configuration, administration and monitoring of RDM devices connected to an RDM controller.

The W-DMX™ feature facilitates the wireless transmission of DMX control data.

Various dispersion angles possible

The device features wireless master/slave operation.

This product is ETL certified.

The high-frequency control of the LEDs while dimming ensures flicker-free operation, including for filming purposes.
